The ItaWrap Management Office (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "our") establishes the following regarding the handling of users' information in "ItaWrap" (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").
(1) The Service does not have a user registration function, and we do not collect personal information such as names or email addresses on the Service itself.
(2) The itasha images you create and the text you enter are processed on your device and are not sent to or stored on our servers.
(3) The Service uses the services of a hosting provider (Cloudflare, Inc.) for content delivery. The provider may collect information such as the user's IP address, browser type, and access date and time for security purposes and to prevent unauthorized use.
(4) When you contact us via the Inquiry Form, we collect the name, email address, and inquiry contents you provide.
(5) To understand usage patterns and improve the Service, we record operational events (such as page views, vehicle selections, sticker additions, and image exports) using a random identifier stored in your browser to distinguish usage from the same browser, and store these records in Cloudflare's database. We do not store information that directly identifies individuals, such as names, email addresses, or IP addresses. The retention period for these records is up to 1 year. When you clear your browser's site data, this identifier is deleted.
We use the collected information to respond to inquiries, operate and improve the Service, and prevent unauthorized use.
Except as required by law, we will not provide personal information to third parties without the user's consent.
The Inquiry Form uses Google Forms provided by Google LLC. The information you enter is managed on their service.
The Service uses Google Fonts provided by Google LLC for displaying text. When displaying text, information such as the user's IP address may be transmitted from the user's device to their servers.
To understand usage and improve our service, this service uses Cloudflare Web Analytics provided by Cloudflare, Inc. This service does not use cookies and aggregates information such as pages viewed, referrers, countries or regions, and device/browser types in a way that does not identify individuals.
We will take necessary and appropriate measures to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of the personal information we collect and to otherwise securely manage such information.
Upon request from the individual for disclosure, correction, or deletion of their personal information, we will verify the identity of the individual and respond in accordance with the law. Please contact us via the Inquiry Form.
We may change this Privacy Policy as necessary. The revised Privacy Policy shall become effective at the time it is posted on the Service.
